At Ae Kart, we are committed to providing premium-quality sports equipment and infrastructure solutions. Every product is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and that’s why we have a clear and simple returns process.


When You Can Return a Product

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A return request must be raised in our system before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Customers will need to pay the shipping charges for returning items and should pack them properly to avoid damage

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are specially made or customized for you and therefore cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure sports equipment.

  • Infrastructure components designed or cut to project specifications.

  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or used.

  • Bulk orders supplied to schools, clubs, or institutions, unless found defective at the time of delivery.


Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please note that shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable.

  • For partial returns, only the value of the returned product will be refunded.


If You Receive a Faulty or Damaged Product

We want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos or videos of the issue for quick assessment.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.


Returns for Corporate & Infrastructure Orders

For corporate and infrastructure projects:

  • Returns are generally not accepted once goods have been delivered, installed, or assembled.

  • Any issues related to installation, project execution, or product performance will be handled under our warranty or service agreements, not through returns.

  • In exceptional cases, return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and will be subject to management approval.


Our Rights

To ensure fairness and quality service, Ae Kart reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

  • Deduct reasonable restocking or handling fees where applicable.

  • Update this policy when needed, without prior notice.
