2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. However, minor variations may occur.
  • Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. A binding contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

    • All prices displayed on the product pages of aekart.in are exclusive of GST, shipping, and handling charges unless stated otherwise.
    • The final payable amount, inclusive of applicable GST, shipping, and any additional charges, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
    • All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. AeKart does not collect, store, or have access to sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials.
    • By making a payment, you also agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.
    • For bulk or corporate infrastructure orders, pricing, payment schedules, and terms may vary and will be confirmed in writing with our sales team.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch products promptly and provide tracking details where possible
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered.
  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video will serve as proof in case of claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Any issues such as shortage, visible damage, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard retail products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video as mandatory proof. Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
  • Custom, bulk, or infrastructure-related items are non-returnable, except in cases of proven defect reported within the 24-hour window.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of AEKart or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
